Please note that due to COVID-19 we will not be booking separate guests together, and we are observing a 3 day booking space between reservations. For that reason we have set the minimum booking to 4 people and max to 8 or a minimum of a 2 night stay.  This means you will be guaranteed the full house for your stay. Please also note that we are no longer providing breakfast, but all amenities to prepare your own is available to you. We welcome you to Craftsman House.

Step back in time and escape to this exquisite Rocky Mountain retreat in a fully restored 1912 craftsman home.

 

Snuggle up in our rustic great room with a fireplace. Soak up the quiet in a claw foot tub. Linger over coffee or tea in the sunroom. Take in the best of summer and winter outdoor activities from our door into pristine parks.  Smore’s await as you cosy up to the fireplace on the secluded patio. Gourmet cuisine only a 5 min. walk into town. All seasons are beautiful here.

Palmer Room

Palmer Room

This master bedroom features a queen-sized four-poster bed on the main floor. Furnished with mid-1700 to early 1800s North American furniture, this room is detailed with stained glass, a decorative high ceiling with a frieze and period picture rails.

Ravvin Room

Ravvin Room

The main floor Ravvin room has a queen-sized bed, a detailed decorative ceiling and period picture rails and furnishings. A splendid feature is the sunburst stained glass is emphasized when the morning sun shines through the window.

St Raes

St Raes Room

Rest well in the upstairs St. Raes Room. It has a queen bed and is furnished with early American 1800s collectible antiques.

Enjoy writing at the plantation-style desk or the 1850’s Nova Scotia made table. Or relax reading your favourite book sitting in the lovely comfort of the wing-backed chair.

You can swing open the bedroom window to enjoy the view of 120+ year old spruce trees and feel like you are in the middle of the forest.

Scott Room

Scott Room

The cozy Scott Room features a vintage 1912 double bed frame, and a lovely back garden view from the second floor. The Scott Room is often booked together with the St. Raes room.
