Words cannot describe how insanely beautiful this house is. Every nook and cranny has been expertly finished and decorated. If you love old houses this is a must for you. Steve is a total sweetheart and a lovely host. You can tell he has poured his heart and soul into this place. Great location, walking distance to the “downtown” area. You really have to see this place to believe it.
We would like to express tremendous gratitude to you, Steve. You've made sure every aspect of our stay has been truly wonderful for our family. We felt so happy and at home. We really appreciate how you've created your most beautifully appointed and well cared for arts and crafts home
We specifically booked with Steve because of the character of the house. If you are into historic homes, architecture, history, woodworking, and antique furniture like I am, then you will not be disappointed by your experience! As a historic home owner and host myself we really appreciated and noticed the effort, props to Steve for preserving and restoring a piece of Alberta history, and allowing others to enjoy it.
Steve’s beautiful country home offered a relaxing, quiet ambiance to help encourage the creative process. The house is filled with charming antiques and unique touches that are a feast for the eyes. Each morning he provided a simple but healthy breakfast. We would highly recommend Steve’s lovely country home.
If the Banff Springs Hotel had a guest house – this would be it! In addition, Bragg Creek is an entrance to the mountains that we sometimes forget to consider and a nice change so we will definitely be back. The rest of my family who joined us can’t stop talking about how magnificent the property was
Amazing place and host. This place is a Hidden gem right outside Calgary, very artfully furnished and maintained.
This location is a treasure. The house is historical eye candy wherever you focus your attention. It will be an experience to remember.
Steve was a great host and the home is warm and inviting. If you like antiques and staying at a home where the owner takes allot of pride in making your stay an awesome experience, then this place is for you. The area also offers great dining, hiking, and some cool little shops. Bragg Creek is a Wonderful community. Highly recommend.
This was my first AirB&B booking and I was not sure what to expect but boy Steve set a pretty high standard for us for future AirB&B excursions. What a beautiful location, beautiful home and he out did most hotels I have stayed at for breakfast. The little extra drive to Canmore was well worth it. I would recommend this experience to anyone.
